well -I can't answer your question, but I can say that you are unlikely to be able to re-grease it!

By the looks of the crankset it looks like a traditional square-taper type (probably shimano compatible) and almost certainly a sealed unit.

wait until it makes crunchy noises ans then replace I am afraid.

    (is it making crunchy noises?)

I've never heard of Prowheel chainsets and the only one I can find anywhere is this:

    http://www.jejamescycles.co.uk/id30121.html

which uses a square taper bottom bracket.

I suspect yours will too, but you'll have to whip one of the crankarms off and send us a piccie to be sure.

thanks very much for the info, will perhaps look into getting a new one when its a bit battere, just some strange noises coming from there lately, clicking and such, and its not the pedals/seatpost/headset. oh well time to bite the bullet and get it serviced i guess :-)

    thanks again

    have a go yourself!

you'll need one of these to get your cranks off:
    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.a ... val%20Tool

to remove the BB itself you "probably"** need one of these:
    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.a ... ket%20Tool

Then when it is out you will be able to see the full specification of the BB itself and get a new one.

Chances are it's one of these:
    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.a ... %20Bracket
but you need to remove the old one to the right length etc.
