Fugawi & London-Cambridge map question

Hi,
I've just spent a few hours this morning working out how to transfer waypoints from google maps into my Fugawi software, so I can then upload to my Etrex GPS.... it works fine. Basically I exported a .GPX file from Bikely the ran it through GPS Babel to get a text file which I imported into Fugawi as waypoint data. Where I seem to be stumbling though it when I try to import the same text file into Fugawi as track data, nothing happens (I'd like to have the track data on my etrex too). I've used the GPS babel instructions, but still no luck. Any ideas?
Also, on a slightly different note, the GPS route (above) is for a ride from London - Cambridge, which, weather permitting I'll do next weekend. Does anyone know of a good paper map which I could bring for the ride too which covers all areas.
