Hello,
As spring is now here I've been getting out much more (one of the hordes in Richmond park). However, I seem to get pain (only moderate - but annoying) in my toes - any ideas? Is it my shoes, the way I pedal or just one of those things. It feels like I'm curling them slightly. Any thoughts welcome - thought I'd ask before spending out on some new shoes.
Thanks
Chris

you've possibly got your cleats set wrong, are the pedal spindles right under the balls of your feet ?0

Try loosening the straps after the first five miles as your feet can swell with heat. I get the dreaded sore toes on long rides and sportives. I really get it bad when abroad on long climbs in the heat.
I switched to Spesh BG shoes and that helped a lot and when I feel the pain coming on I try to scrunch my toes and that helps too. The ultimate cure is to take your shoes off and pad about on the grass for a few mins.
There has been a lot of dicussion on this Forum about this so you are not alone.Brian B.0
