I can't find the thread now but someone on here said it was the best £35 they'd spent, having their bike fitted to them.

Some recommendations/experiences of places local to Surrey/Berkshire would be handy! :D

Does that include any spaces necessary for the handlebar stem etc?

    Hiya

I had my bike fit done at AW Cycles in Caversham/Reading. It was very thorough, bike fits perfectly! You will need to book though, they're a pretty busy shop.

Can I just say, that back in the day when I got my "fitting", it coincided when I bought my bike. I.e. it was a FREE service.

Now it seems some people absolutely rave on about fitting and what not. vwBLAGH!
From a purely cynical business perspective, I reckon it's just another excuse for people to make money.

I must admit that by the way that I've just had > 2/3 a bottle of cheap €1.59 lambrusco in about 20 mins, so I'm quite drunk already. 720icon.gif
