Tektro Hydraulic Brake Bleeding Kit in the UK?

Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can get a Tektro Hydraulic Brake Bleeding Kit in the UK?
I bought a GT Avalanche 1.0 (that comes with the Tektro Auriga Comp brakes) a couple of months ago, however yesterday I noticed the rear brake hardly works, the front seems ok.
Basically, once I’m on the bike & going along, if I go to use the rear brake it’ll slow me down a bit but it wont lock up the rear, no matter how hard I pull the lever.
I’m going to clean the disc & the pads with some alcohol wipes, but if this doesn’t work I’m going to see if they need bleeding, but I can’t seem to find the kit anywhere in the UK?
Thanks in advance,
Gaz.

Try Halfords.0

how does the lever feel? solid or spongy?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Cheers for the replies, It's hard to say, being a noob  but I say solid. The lever doesn't seem too different from when I fist got the bike, but it's just not transfering it to the pads? (i'm thinking oil or chain lube?)
I'll try Halfords, do they do manufacturer specific brake bleeding kits?

They stock many bikes with this brake - and knowing their system, should be able to order in the kit.0

You don't need a special bleed kit the pipes can be found in any motor factors shop. It is usually referred to as screen washer pipe, buy a metre £1. You will also need a large syringe, also stocked by some motor factors or chemists.
or buy on ebay for this kit http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SYRINGE-FLUID-BLEED-KIT-CBR-BLACKBIRD-HORNET-XR-CRF-CR_W0QQitemZ130218374860QQihZ003QQcategoryZ25644QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
If you want the Tektro instructions on how to bleed the brakes PM me your email address and I'll forward it to you.0 -
Cheers for the replies, well I gave the pads & discs a quick clean & it has impoved the braking, not 100% but better than it was.
NICKLOUSE - sorry I may not have originally understood your question, the rear lever does seem to come back further than it used to before anything would happen, compared to the front & they both used to be pretty similar. Although, It doesn't seem I have to pull it as tight now that I have given them a clean.
CraigXXL - cheers, but i've manage to get hold of a copy of the service manual. I was after the Tektro specific mineral oil more than anything, but it seemed to come as a kit from what I found on my searches. However, it looks as though I may be able to just use universal bicycle mineral oil & I've already got all the tubes & syringes from when I do the brakes on my motorbike.____________________________

any warranty and servicing on Tektro hydraulic brakes is taken care of in the UK by Upgrade (DMR) so any bike shop that sells DMR, etc. should be able to help if you want a proper bleed kitcheck out my riding - www.robcole.co.uk Banshee Factory Team rider, Da Kine UK Team rider, www.freeborn.co.uk www.eshershore.com0
