Caring for carbon frames

Hi
Does any one know whats the best solution for cleaning carbon bikes and also after wash care.

i wash mine with a simple all purpose cleaner (tesco stock 'daisy' apc for 65p 1.5L) then wipe down and a quick spray of either bike spray or a Quick polish/detailer,
the frame should be protected as such in the final finish so it should be normal bike care!
