I was noticing that Lance Armstrong's new bike store, Mellow Jonnys will have grand opening this Saturday, May 10. The Comuter bike that appears to be designed by Lance and sold by Trec looks a lot like the Osobike.

Would that be legal in the UK (no front brake ?).
I thought some Dutch bikes were not sold here due to that reason ?0 -

Enough teasing, a sweet looking bike you've designed there Shane. If you could sell it here for no more than £350 you'd probably shift a container load - if you want to ship one over to me I'd be happy to put it to the test!
Not sure about the legality of just a coaster brake in UK (plus you'd need to plaster it with reflectors, bell and an instruction manual to comply with British Standards I think). Oh, and I'd do it in sky blue with a tan saddle, bar tape and polished alloy components to satisfy the urban fashionistas jumping on the single speed/fixed bandwagon.
P.S. Sue Trek, they might just pay out having their hands full with Le Mond and all!
P.P.S. It rains here, a lot, so no rear mudguard/fender eyelets are a bit of a pain for a commuter, but not insurmountableFCN 7
