External BB spacers - how many??
just bought an external BB off ebay and usefully it comes with no instructions! :evil:
The problem is that there are 3 plastic spacer rings between the cups but not sure how many I should use. I'm installing it on a Look 555 carbon frame, which I assume has a 68mm shell.
Any tips :?:

cheers - looks like road bikes don't need any spacers, which is what I suspected
