    Sensible? It sounds just like McQuaid is continuing the old Verbruggen strategy of claiming to be opposed to doping whilst at the same time criticising those who take robust action to actually deal with the problem! It's perhaps not surprising that he wants the traditional 'softly softly' approach of the UCI to continue, not least because he appears to believe that organising doping isn't even a problem any more and has argued that races are faster than ever before because "The wind is different"! :roll:
