First club run...

I have decided to go out on my first club run in the morning.

    Just got back. Loved every minute of the run, covered 55 miles and 16.8mph average. I now feel completely knackered but cant wait until next week.
    My only regret is that I didn't do it before now.

    Glad they were gentle with you , as soon a lot of clubs will be uping the miles now the weather is gettin better. My first run was about the same distance. Well done on the ave. speed. Keep it goin.
