Sale or Swap?

I bought a 56cm Cannondale R800 Cadd 5, Shimano 105 throughout. (Impulse buy, 2 years ago.) Mint condition.
I have ridden it twice as I much prefer my Surly fixed.
I am now looking to either sell the Cannondale and buy or swap for a small wheeled bike, seperable or folder. Must be good condition and of a similar value. I am thinking Birdy, Moulton, high spec Brompton etc. Any advice on this such as second hand value ir I sell. I live in Ayrshire in Scotland.
