2009 Bikes

I've been looking at a new bike for a mate and a dealer suggested that we wait until mid summer as the new 2009 bikes will be out then and there will be better deals, is this right?

    When the new bikes are released you will always get a better deal on the current year/last years models, the best deals are normally towards the end of the year...

    Depends how much your mate can wait !

    last time I was shoppin for a bike the deals appeared between august and october depending on the make. Leave it much later than that and you can't find the bike you want in the right size.

    Mind you, I always fall for the sales blurb and want the new one anyway
