    Did the TransRockies two years ago, you'll need all the climbing training you can get before going there, I'd recommend doing the Dragon or as many very hilly rides as you can fit in.
    And suprisingly Sundays weather would have been good training for the Rockies too.

    hey Numplumz, I might pick your brains at some point about the TR. Did you do it on hardtail or full sus?
    Also, are you the numplumz of the FNSS? if so, I'm hoping to get along to some this year, might see you there..

    Pete, did it full sus but then thats my prefered bike choice as i enjoy the downs more, its got to be light though.
