Tyres for road/off road commuting, what do you think?

Need to get some new tyres for my gf's hybrid, running 700v wheels.
70% road, but the other 30% is across a bit of rough stuff, could get muddy, and she will likely want to go for a spin at lunchtime in the same rough stuff area.
What do you think of these 3 tyres?

Any other suggestions?
Thinking of 35 or 45mm, and reflective sidewalls.

Just put a pair of these beauties on my crosser

Work really well in all sort of conditions, and bloody fast on tarmac.
I am so pleased with them, that I am considering buying a pair of these

for the really rough stuff.
Not heavy tyres either, and they do have that Vittoria PRB band, that has so far stopped any pun$%ures, however it is early doors yet, as they have only been on the bike a week. Having said that, a week without a pun$%ure is definitely a bonus for me.0 -
I would check out Schwalbes range of tyres.
I have been using a pair for a year and they have been brill.0
