Great win by Cavendish. Good to see him and Wiggins showing their track legs on that short prologue.

Nuyens surprisingly high up there (7th) - didn't have him pipped as a prologue rider.0

I was going to choose him - And Cav but then decided they couldn't do it. Didn#t Nuyens win a very short TT when he won the ToB?
Yes, but being the ToB, the prologue was actually the penultimate stage of the race Birmingham IIRC.0 -

I might have to get a new avatar !"The team is a fine mix of experienced and up-and-coming riders. It is impossible not to win," [Cavendish] said.
Since he won with 2:07.6 and Bennati was 2:07.87 it seems it's very nearly possible...0 -
I'm guessing that's an archive photo and he didn't do a victory salute in a prologue I hope not anyway...0
