Good trails/tracks in Warrington

Does anyone know of any good tracks/trails in the Warrington area..?
or any near by, within either a short train ride or even biking distance..?

I have a number of off road routes around Warrington, Widnes and Runcorn that I have found over the years. There are no way markers and well hidden unless you have local knowledge or use Google earth to map your routes out. Some of them run off from the TPT.
