Get a copy of MBUK - there's a group test on AM bikes .

Dont think Orange 5 was built for free-ride more XC-Trail-All Mountain
    more the Patriot,

BlackSpur what do they say about the All Mountain type of bike.

There was a thread a while back regarding All Mountain and Zero303
    rounded it of very well.

Take a check on manufactures web sites they will tell you
what the bike is suitable for, then come back for a honest answer.

They were looking at heavy duty AM/light FR bikes - Spesh SX Trail 1 came out top - 9/10, with Norco Six two and Mythic Wildcard getting 8s. Also look at Trek Remedy, Giant Reign and Scott Ransom.
