Hi a friend lives in Lewisham but isn't sure where to train. Anyone know any good training loops in the area. Both short or long would be great thanks

depends , how long a circuit your friend wants to do .. there are few listed on bikely.com which he can easily do.
This one here although is not starting in Lewisham , but can be suitably changed...
