Would'nt b you know it - the first really nice day of the year and a spoke goes.

Anyway its on the rear non drive side and from the Shinano site 300mm.

Two questions please:

What size spoke key do I need?

Where can I buy the spoke and a key online?

I've had a good look in the usual places but drawn a blank other than a 302mm for R550's on Ribble.

Cheers
Steve

I *think* WHR560's are basically the same as WHR550's so the spokes would be interchangeable between these

...but you're on about WHR561's and I'm not sure about them...

Have a look in the tech docs on Shimano's website and see if you can find something in the sections for WHR561 and WHR550

As for spoke key, I've been meaning to get one for ages but never got organised to do it - last time my wheels needed a bit of a true I just used a small adjustable spanneron the nipple (being careful not to round it off) and a pair of pliers to stop the spoke twisting out of aerodynamic-direction

    How about adding
    for free
can I get (may I have)

and why can I cycle down a road even when it goes up a hill ?

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail
Hills are just a matter of pace

    Thanks Andy.

I eventually found the key on SJS Cycles - 4.3mm. Will give the 550 a go and see if it fits.
