Rubbing Hydraulic Brakes!

My front Hayes 9 rotars rub or 'drag' on the pads which gets on my nerves (it is like nails on a chalkboard for me).
When I flip my bike upside down it does not rub but as soon as i ride it it rubs constantly.
I adjust them by holding the brake on, unscrewing the screws that attatch the calliper to the bracket and then do it up again which usually works but it is now not working. I have also reset the pistons several times.
How do you stop this from happening and what techniques do you use?
Thanks in advanced.

Green people might argue that cyclists deserve a tax break because they aren't polluting the environment, but cyclists burn energy similarly to cars: their increased demand for food isn't great for the environment

what condition are your bearings in?
if OK then stop adjusting and use them and they will bed in.
Each time you adjust them they need to bed in again to stop the catching."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
