Changing coil on RockShox Tora 318

Im planning to change the coil on my new tora 318 (u-turn).
I have the service manuals and it looks pretty straight forward.
Any one actually done this on a rockshox got any comments or things to be aware of.

) is it essential to use Redrum (IIRC) or similar or is it safe to use any brand of oil , as long as it's the right weight? 0
