Does anyone know of anyone other than shimano producing octalink BB's?

Octalink is a Shimano trademark. Isis was similar, but not the same.

there are a few crank makers out there that have made Octalink compatible arms for the MTB market.
    why you asking?

I agree that Ritchey makes octalink compatable cranks but they don't make an octalink
botom bracket that I know of. Only Shimano makes them as near as I can tell. I would be
very interested to know if anyone else makes them.

Definitively no. Shimano never licenced the Octalink design for others to make BBs - all the compatible cranks are made under Shimano licence.

Several companies make / made Octalink compatible chainsets e.g Ritchey, FSA etc. However I'm not aware of anyone other than Shimano making the bottom brackets.

(BTW, if this query is driven by a creaky Dura Ace Octalink bottom bracket, "don't worry, sir, they all do that". You are actually better off using an ultegra grade BB)
