Fox Van 36r 2007 leaking

My fox forks seem to leave some oil on the leg on the rebound side after bottoming them out. Is this normal or could my seal have blown? I bought the bike 2nd hand (its a 2007 model) so might this mean they need servicing or is it a seal or something more serious? There no leak from the adjusters or bottom. its just above the dust slider on the rebound side..

    it will be the oil from the foam oiling ring.

    so is this normal? The rebound side has more than the preload side.
