Get the returns address (London I think) from their website. I think that any oakley shop will supply a returns box if you require, but I just sent mine in the case. Put a letter in with it, would probably help if it was a bit of a sob story ;-) In my expierience they have been brilliant, and just returned it FOCharge. Good luck. Let us know how you got on.

Get the UK address from www.oakley.com and give customer services a call. I had a pair of M-frames break and they replaced those foc or they may charge you a fraction of the retail price. I've always had good results from them.

Oakley after sales is brilliant. I've sent the same 8-year-old pair back three times. get a returns box from the place you bought them from
  • yes oakley customer service is awesome. I sent a 5 year old prescription M-frame back as I had cracked the outer lens around the inserts - replaced it and sent it back within a couple of days, free of charge

I sent a pair of eye jackets back twice following a snapped arm. Replaced for free each time and even replaced the whole frame the second time. Excellent service. Get an Oakley box from a local dealer to post them back in.
Sometimes you have to lose yourself
    before you can find anything.

  • Another thumbs up for Oakley here. I broke one of the arms of my Oakleys when skiing, sent them off and the part was replaced f.o.c.

Sounds like great customer service to me.

When you spend a lot of money on sunnies, you want to be assured that you have the backing of the manufacturer, and this is what you get from Oakley.

I boke the arm on an old pair of eye jackets. Since they had been discontinued Oakley told to choose a new pair (half jacket XML) and gave me a nice dicount on them.

Can't fault the experience - exellent customer service.

I also have a pair of Rudy Project Rydons and understand that they will replace damaged lenses no questions asked but I've need needed to try this out.
  • I wish they could fix my gold iridium blades (circa 1991) :(
