Cleat float

Hi, I'm about to buy my first set of clipless road pedals (Look Keo's) but am unsure which cleats to go for. I don't want fixed but see there are two options for cleats with float. I've been using SPDs with float for years without any knee probs so that amount of float must be OK for me.

Does anyone know which cleats would give a similar amount of float to the SPD system I'm used to?

    I would recommend the grey ones (4.5 degree float)
