Double to Trippple & then to a 10spd

Just wondering if it is possible to convert my Specialized Allez (9spd) to a trippple up front, the shifter says its a three ringer so i am guessing that i will just need to change the front mech and the cranks, right?

Oh and is it possible to swap the 9 out for a 10, yes i know i will need a new hub, mech and chain, ext, just wondering thats all...

You won't need a new rear mech, but you'll 10 speed shifters.
