carrea gryphon sram x5 problem please help.

hi im new to road bikes and i have just got carrera, the problem is with the chain or gears, the chain is always coming off, i dont know if im changing throught the gears wrong or if it is set up wrong, if anyone can help asap i would be very greatfull thankyou.

    I have the same bike as you I purchased it about 3 months ago. Nothing worong with the sram gears I suspect your problem lies with the poor pre delivery setup that Halfords did on the bike. I sugest you take it back to them to sort it out. I did this and finally after 3 attempts they got it right. I tried two branches to get satisfaction.
