FOX DHX5 SetUp Help!!

Hi all ive been & cleaned my DHX5 & ive got a problem i dont know what & how to set it up..DOH!!!
i am 18 Stone & the bike runs sweet BUT i cannot get my head around setting up the coil as its on the shock but they seems to be play on the bracket to the shock & i know its not the shock or the "Bushes" as there new so i think its the setting up of the shock/coil where should the coil be positioned & how much AIR do i need oh & do i put air inside the shock then try to set it up or the other way around..?? ive been on Fox's website & i couldnt get my head around it..Double DOH

first have you got the correct spring?
have you downloaded the manual?
air is only for the pedalling "feel" minimum of 75psi.
