Anybody have any experience of this bike? Is it suitable as a comfortable mile-churner or is it designed for speed?

Also would it be worth upgrading any stock components (e.g. FSA Gossamer chainset, F7 wheels?).
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.
