Training for a 200km

I've been riding since January and am hoping to do the Wicklow 200 on June the first this year. This will be a hilly 200km and I hope it's not windy. The farthest I've gone so far is 66 miles and I'm now starting to get worried. I'm planning to work up to one long ride about 10 days before the ride date, hopefully a 100 miles.
Anyone got any advice on what i should and shouldn't be doing. In particular How I can train for long ascents in relatively flat countryside? Should I try to overload and push big gears on short ascents?

Go as fast as you can for 15 minutes a number of times. You can get just as high a heart rate etc on flat as on hills.0
