I have interviews at these colleges soon for my electrician course.

I am, according to multimap, slap bang in the middle of them.

So which one will be the nicer commute, do you think? :)

Where are you? I'd say Guildford, some nice country going that way

Depends where your coming from, Guildfords probably slightly less busy traffic wise, but Kingston can be approached along the river if thats an option, both have various cycle lanes if you use them but neither are particularly bike orientated. There's an lbs very close to Guildford College think you'd have to use Evans in centre of Kingston.

    Hope thats of some use

    Where are you?

You can get to Kingston easily by the river and Guildford less easily by canal (it's narrower than the Thames tow path).

Well from Addlestone not far to Chertsey Bridge and onto the Thames, would make a very nice and safe commute.

Addlestone to Guildford you could do on the River Wey but bumpy in some places and slower so you may be inclined to use the busy roads.

I'd say go for Kingston and use the Thames, a great commute.

Awesome. Kingston college seem to be much more on the ball as well.

Just a shame Kingston is such a hole :D (Sorry to any Kingstonites!)

I would go to Kingston too, means you wouldn't have to go through Woking, now that is a hole!!!

Joking aside, I live near Guildford and work near Kingston and personally think Kingston is the more pleasant.
