untill you get lots of mud stuck to the platform part."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
They don't tend to clog up on me. Throw mud ever where but, no clogging.0

where can you get these pedals?0

£35 on winstanleybikes for 5050xx's

I love mine and they're pretty colours0
-
I've got them! And pins have been falling out, pedal nearly falling apart they're great! They came with the bike so i can live with them but i prefer open style like DMR V8.0
-
make sure you tighten all the allenkey bolts or you'll find yourself losing the slide plates.0
-
Just do what you'd do with any other critical small threaded pin/bolt on yer bike, loc-tite it in place0
-
They do come with loctite on but they don't tighten them up as they should do (e.g. torqued and checked) I like them as they have a big foot print and seem to hold on well. If you strip them down and start messing with them they will tend to stop working but otherwise great kit.0

I've just got 80 grubscrews from my work ready to replace any that go missing on the pedals . Are more pins better or is it more about placement?0
-
Less is better. More grippy
I have pins on the outer edges, except the crank facing side, and none/few in the centre.0 -
interesting. but now i've got loads of pins i'm gonna experiment quite a lot i think.0
