Is this bike worth the price?

A friend of mine wants to buy this bike but he is now very sure if it's worth spending the money for 2006 bike. So what do you think?
By the way, is it 2006 bike because the Judy was replaced with Dart in 2007.

i bought a mint 2006 version in white about a year ago for £270 so to be fair i wouldnt pay £280 for that as its not in as good condition as the one i bought.
good frame for upgrading tho.

In Macedonia a brand new GT Avalanche 1.0 is 600£. So this one is good but the price is too high I think. It will be good my friend to buy it for 250£.0
