seatpost help

hi, i bought this frame from the link below, in the dimensions it states that... seatpost 28.6mm, but i bought a 28.6mm seatpost and its to big to get in, where am i going wrong because most sites have the seatpost size on this 28.6mm?

    no, i will but i cant see them doing much for me as i bought the seatpost elsewhere, but other sites selling the frame have the same dimensions so i assume they r getting it from the same source but cant find any info on the atomlab website. maybe when they say seatpost they are talking about seattube or seat clamp or soming or maybe im not doing the seatpost properly, should it just slide in fairly easily with a bit of grease?

    i just got an email back from them saying that they r afraid its a 26.8mm seatpost, im pritty annoyed about this but not much i can do other than tell them to correct their website! more money down the pan

    If they have wrong info on their webby then they ought to go some way to compensate you for the purchase of the wrong seatpost dia. Had simialr with my PC and getting more RAM but luckily I phoned the supplier up and they weren't aware of the typo on their webby but gave me the correct info other the phone.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
