    This is so very, very sad but the real tragedy is that doesn't really surprise me. Seeing the amount of billigerence, arrogance, aggression and selfish irrational behaviour from drivers on a daily basis on my commute, it's a wonder we haven't read about this sooner. RIP Stephen.
