Just send it back with no postage paid. The postage costs will be picked up on their end. :D

and mark the value as higher and they may have to pick up import duties?

In English law, it counts as receiving unsolicited goods, you inform the sender and then they've got 6 months to arrange return at their own expense , if they don't, after 6 months, they're legally yours.
Remember that you are an Englishman and thus have won first prize in the lottery of life.

Being in business myself I would have thought that they would pay the return postage as a courtesy. This bad publicity on such a well read forum has probably already cost them the price of the item you bought (365 people who are kean cyclists have already read this message and counting). If I was you i would tell them you will send the item back when they pay for the postage and I wouldn't worry if they won't sell to you again as you probably won't buy from them anyway.
