bolts for cleats

can anyone advise where i can buy a plate and bolt to fix my spd-sl cleat with.
the front one came off this afternoon and although the cleat still seems secure, i should replace really.
does anyone else have probs with the screws coming loose in their cleats?

I lost one of the bolts and plates off a shoe and could not find one in the local bike shops; they were all very helpful and I ended up with a Look plate and 4mm allen screw. If you are lucky you may find someone that has replaced their cleats and has spare bolt/plates. Ribble Cycles do bolt kits but I don’t think they do the plates; they do sell SPD SL PD-R540 pedals and cleats for about £20.0
