I don't think Petachhi's that bald. Just all that gel flattens the style of Ale's barnet.
But this was a common thing in the 80s and 90s, many pro riders were balding. Of course, some males in their 20s can go bald but measure the proportion of bald pros from the 80s compared to a representative sample of the population and the pro cyclists are much more likely to be bald!0 -
