Bike Box Transfer between airports

We are comtemplating a cycle ride from Geneva to Nice, taking Easy Jet to and from each end. Does anyone know how we could transfer our bike boxes between the airports? Each airport has a left luggage office so I would hope it could be dropped off and held until we arrive to go home.

Any help appreciated...........Graham

    I did a tour myself between Nice and Geneva in 05. Some great cycling between them. I discarded my bikebox in Nice, then got a new one from a bike shop before flying out. If you have one of the expensive bike boxes I can't help you.

    You can buy a large clear plastic bag at Nice airport for €4 - that's about £4 in today terms ;-) and stick your bike in that and secure with tape. You need to turn bars and remove pedals. One benefit is that at least ther handlers can see it's a bike. I did this in Oct last year and everything went fine with easyJet. However it was not my best bike so I was not very worried...
