Disc wheels

Is there anybody out there who knows if a slight (3-4mm) buckle can be taken out of a Hed disc wheel. Everyone seems to be saying it can't be done. If anybody knows a method, could they share it with me.

    Hi there.

    I don't think it can be done. The HED disc is not a tensioned disc like a Ghibli, so if it's bent it is bent.

    Change the axle and build it up on a track bike instead.

    Either build yourself a fixed-wheel TT bike or flog it to someone who does...don't leave it leaning against the radiator either
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
