Hi,
I can't get to the loweast gear on my rear cassette. Is there an easy enough way to adjust the rear mech so that I can reach the lowest gear preferably without having to dismantle things?

Yes,
There are two little screws on the rear mech which adjust the range of travel over the cassette. One limits travel towards the wheel, the other limits travel to the smallest sprocket. With your bike in a workstand adjust the screw that allows more travel towards the wheel (mught be trial and error).
Then fine tune using the barrel adjuster. Park tools will have a simple guide on this on their web page.0 -

Stick the bike in a bike stand and whilst rotating your chainset, change up by pulling the gear cable and not using the changers, that way you can tell if the issue is the changer/tension or just the stop screw on the rear deraileur.
This should be in know how section?0
