cycling wales sept

hi all plan to head down to wales for 11 days in sept
the cardigan bay area looks good... anyone got any experiences down that neck of the woods ????
plan to camp and im avidly reading my "cool camping wales" book
taking the van so day rides and short stays will be the option

re routes weve got thorn nomad's so off road is not a problem poss bridleways
but no mad downhill im too old and sensible for that :oops:

weather in sept in wales i take its warm and wet or just wet
