hey, i was wondering if this bike is any good i can't relate to the specs of bikes so i dont know if they are any good. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=11999
As this is a downhill bike can you also tell me how many gears it has from the specs and what they would relate to on a MTB.
If anyone can help that would be great

I couldn't tell you how many gears it has as it quite simply doesn't say, but by the looks of it, it has 2 front rings.. So it won't be alot.... 15 maybe? But then again it means you can fit a bash ring.
If you was to use this bike on the road sometimes, you'd be ok, but you wouldn't be able to thrash it around like a bat out of hell.
All the Tioga stuff is apparently good so that's a bonus.
Altogether pretty nice...0 -
thanks for the info, is there any better bike for around £800 you could recommend or would this be about the best i could get.Do it if you dare
