Are there any modern lights that can be used with the old fork blade threads?

Also any rear lights that can safely clamp on to rear seat stays?

Found one for the wheel!

Gary, If by 'fork blade threads' you mean the lamps bosses of old, then plenty of the dynamo lamps fit on to these easily using the correct sized bolt. Most of our touring bikes have low-rider rack mounts and I use one of the bolt positions to fit the dynamo lamp.
An alternative would be to fit a tube of similar diameter to handlebars , closed at the ends with a bolt through it to form a stub to mount a lamp on to. You may need threadlock to stop it rotating with the weight of the lamp
Recipe: shave legs sparingly, rub in embrocation and drizzle with freshly squeezed baby oil.

Thanks for that advice Pete. I will look into both solutions. It seems a shame to have the facility there and not be able to use it obviously these work a rounds I can put the old lamp bosses to work again.
