which wheelset

ive finally got it down to 2 wheelsets for my trek pilot 1.0 road bike, kore streamline, or fulcrum racing 5 evo, any ideas both are on chain reaction site

    the kore look good and if they really weigh the quoted then they are a bargain

    but i've never heard of them!


    on the other hand - i've never heard a bad word about the fulcrum 5's - i'd go for them every time!

    I run Fulcrum 1's and can vouch for not having a bad word to say about them. 3k and no maintenance, still 100% true and very stiff and light.

    I run Fulcrum 3's for half a year and I'm very pleased of them. Not a single problem until now. On the other hand, a friend of mine just bought a pair of Fulcrum 5's Evolution and after the first two rides the back wheel decentred without hitting it in any way and even lost a spoke. He weights 95 kilos, but even that is not an excuse.
