Ggcycles.co.uk sell it, I bought it today. Cost £7.50 bit steep and comes in a metal tube with a felt tip on it. You shake really hard and press hard on the felt tip to draw the paint. I needed to touch up a few deep chips on the chainstay and to be honest I am not impressed. I found the paint too watery despite vigorous shakeing and second application. I also found the colour match poor.
  • I got some from Evans. The touch up paint is acrylic rather than enamel. It also didn't really match the colour on the frame either when I used it.

I think you can get it from the Bianchi online store (it'll be shipped from Italy though).

Apparently there are 3 or 4 different Bianchi Celeste Pantone colours, so unless youve got a really talented paint shop it may be best to try somewhere hidden first and dont assume the match would be perfect...

There is a story from the US where they make pepto-bismol, an antacid drink colured pink, where they suddenly discovered the formula was getting gradually darker pink over time- reason was the one guy who had the job to add the pink dye was getting older & older and his ability to match to the colour chart was getting worse and worse. Perhaps Bianchi had the same issue?
