Hi Guys,

Bit the bullet and just bought an Airnimal Chameleon for commuting and weekend fun.

I'm a mountain biker by upbringing so never even had drop handlebars before...

However, rode it, loved it, wanted it. Have sold the children.

I wanted to know if anyone had any experience commuting with this and any tips about the best / fastest way to fold it down. There seems to be a number of steps, and just wondering if someone had a tried and tested method that worked.

Also, will I get laughed off the road if I use my lovely comfy DMR V8 pedals on it? I'm sure you roadies have some style laws?

Thanks

Adam

So many, best ignored. Mostly founded in mists of history/myth/simple prejudice. Ride what suits, that's my view (others will of course disagree....).

    thought so,

    was kinda joking....

believe I have to wear white socks or I will be pilloried though..

More worried about being a fat lad on a fast bike. At least this should resolve itself over time.
