I've just tried using this today, and it works for one of the routes I've put in, but the others are just coming up flat at sea level. Is there some trick to making it work properly?

I check the elevation profile frequently as I plot, sometimes if you accidentally put the pointer off the road, it'll drop to sea level.
Also if you try to make bikely work too hard, by clicking two points a long way apart, it'll screw it up.
So take your time, plotting in small jumps and it tends to work.

Thanks for your suggestions. I've tried them, but no luck, so I'll have to give up for now. I've had a look on the Bikely forum, and apparently they've had problems with elevation data. It's supposed to be fixed, but there are people still having trouble with it, so it's obviously still got problems. It's still a great site for putting in routes, though.

You could also try clicking 'Rebuild graph' in the elevation profile and it'll re-gather the elevation data. (Can take up to 24 hours.)
