Wrist support?

Can anybody recommend any sort of wrist support for mountain biking?! Or is there any out there available to buy??!
I had a pretty bad fall today and both my wrists hurt like mad! Just wondered if there was any sort of glove/arm protection that had wrist guards/supports attached?!
The bike is okay though thank god!

speak to your local doctors, they might be able to refer you to a physio or an occupational therapist.
My wife made a splint for me and it worked a treat.0
