Where's the best place to buy Forumula brakes?

I think I might treat myself and upgrade my brakes to Formula's The One :P I've noticed that CRC has just got them back instock for £186.99 (inc the IS mount and 200mm rotor)

Does anyone know of anywhere that's doing a special or deal for Formula brakes? If it helps I would be getting 200mm fron and 180mm rear. As they're a bit expensive, I think I may just get the front brake first. I assume they come fully bled and ready to fit?

Yea they will come fully bled, and ready to fit straight to the bike, and from my experiance i would buy from CRC. Not many places are cheaper and delivery and customer service is excellent.

  • Wow thanks for that John! Yeh a little bit cheaper, but it all adds up!
  • i got the 180 IS for £159 which was cheaper and it gets delivered next working day if you pay the 3.95 delivery.

The website is a bit ugly to navigate but the prices and service seemed good.

Im not to sure where you are located but i got mine from a place called head to the hills in Surry i belive. Only place i could find that sold them off the shelf as i was going riding that afternoon and wanted to upgrade that day. Great service fitted for free i too only could afford just the one and so swaped out my rear but i must warn you that the standard cable lengh is very long and have had to have it made shorted and bled since. Infact i have upgraded to goodridge hoses which are the muts nuts.

One more brake to go just wish they where not so expensive.

So try Head to the hills great service and you get a 10% discount card which is always nice
